HoodOps was founded by a restaurant owner who's been on the other side of the hood. After running a pizza restaurant that grew into a small chain, then moving on to a passion Italian restaurant, our founder dealt with too many cleaning companies that left grease behind, made a mess, or forgot to relight pilot lights.
Fed up with the poor service, our founder learned to clean their own hood systems properly. After mastering the process and seeing how it should be done, they decided to start HoodOps to bring that same quality and care to other Detroit restaurants. We know what it feels like to pay too much for subpar work, which is why we're committed to doing it right.
